NOTE NOTE

NOTE

This article is for NCCO Task Manager. Learn more about Task Manager.

A monitoring profile for a sensor is a set limit that helps with temperature monitoring and alerts for a fridge or freezer. You can customize your sensor's time period to meet changes daily and compliance needs.

By adding set limits for sensors, you will allow that kitchen to have Task Manager check and record the temperature of a fridge or freezer.

NOTE

If the temperature goes over the set limit for the sensor at least four times in a row, then notifications will be sent to alert staff.

Steps:

1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.

2. Click on the Resources tab on the sidebar.

3. Click on Fridges.

4. Click on Monitoring.

5. Click on Configure for the desired fridge or freezer.

6.  Click the Edit Profile button next to an existing fridge or freezer, or Create New Profile.

Create New Profile

a. Add the Profile Name.

b. Add the desired record times and degrees.

c. Click + Add Time.

d. Click Save.

7. Enter the Profile Name for the fridge or freezer first, then the desired start time and temperature threshold. Click + Add Time.

8. Enter the desired end time and temperature threshold. Click Save.

9. Click on Select to add the profile to your sensor.
