WARNING

Reset a user password in Task Manager.

User passwords can be reset from the Users tab in the Task Manager admin dashboard.

If you need to add users, see Add Users in Task Manager

WARNING

Only users with Super Admin user permissions will be able to assess Users.

 

Steps:

1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.

2. Click the Users.

3. Click the Edit button (pencil in box icon).

4. Click Update Password.

5. Enter the new Password and Confirm Password fields.

6. Click Save.
