My Password to the Portal Isn't Working
DateCodeGenie® Portal Administrators and Managers can use Forgot Password? when logging into their company portal.
Managers can contact their Portal Administrator to have a password reset. Password reset will apply to the portal and app after downloading updates on the device.
Steps:
1. Confirm your email address is correct and cap locks are not on.
2. Tap Forgot Password? from the portal login window*.
NOTES
- Managers not using a valid email address for log in, must contact the Portal Administrator for password reset.
- Portal Administrators not using a valid email address for log in, will need to contact DateCodeGenie Technical Support for assistance.
3. Type the valid email address used to log in to the portal and tap the Submit button.
NOTE
Be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
4. The below message will appear and instructions to reset your password will be sent to the email address.
5. Go to your email account and locate the email with the subject line: Date Code Genie: Your new password
