Error 300x1 Troubleshooting for mC-Label3 Printer

1. Verify the printer is turned on.

The power light is blue and steady when turned on. 

If the power light is not on, take the following steps.

Steps:

1. Press the printer power button.

2. The power light will flash blue during startup. The printer is turned on and ready for use when the power light turns to a steady blue.

NOTE

The power light may stay red and flash blue for a while after being plugged in.

 

3. Open the DateCodeGenie app and try to print a label.

2. Verify printer is connected to Bluetooth.

The Bluetooth light is blue and steady when connected properly to the tablet.

If the Bluetooth light is not a steady blue, connect the printer to Bluetooth.

To learn how to connect to Bluetooth, see your tablet manufacturer's information.

After connecting to Bluetooth, open the DateCodeGenie app and try to print a label.

3. Forget and reconnect printer to Bluetooth.
