Add Custom Fields to Forms and Checklists in Task Manager

Customize standard forms and checklists by adding custom fields.
Steps:
1. Log in to the task manager admin dashboard at www.taskmanager.ncco.com
2. Click the Forms tab on the sidebar.
3. Click Compliance Profiles.
4. Click the edit button (pencil icon) next to the compliance profile of the form that needs a custom field.
5. Click the Configure button under Custom Fields for the form that needs a custom field.
6. Click the + Add Custom Field button per delivery or per food item.
7. Click the Add button next to an existing custom field, or Create New Custom Field.
Create New Custom Field
a. Add the Field Name.
b. Select the data-type from the dropdown.
c. Click Save.
8. Click the Add Fields button.
9. Finalize the custom fields.
- Order: Click the arrows up or down to adjust the order of the fields on the form.
- Required checkbox: Check if field is required to complete on the form.
- Remove: Delete the field.
10. Click Confirm.
