Load labels in a CL-S700III printer.
Load labels without peeler
Steps:
1. Open the printer top cover.
2. Place the label roll onto the label roll holder bar so that the labels unroll from the top.
3. Push the label roll holder guide against the roll. Place the label roll holder bar with the label roll back into the printer. Make sure the label roll is placed as far to the left as it will go.
4. Push the large blue open lever to open the thermal head.
5. Push the blue sensor arm open lever to lift the sensor arm.
6. Place the left side of the label against the left fixed label roll guide and push the right movable label roll guide up against the right side of the label.
7. Close the sensor arm and the label roll print head.
8. Push the green print head button to lock the print head in place.
9. Close the printer top cover.
10. Press the Feed button to advance labels. The printer will stop at the next print start position. When feeding is finished, tear off the last label printed from the printer.
Load labels with peeler
Steps:
1. Open the peeler from the front cover of the printer, lift the label roll up from behind the peeler, and pull it down so that it is behind the open peeler.
2. Close the peeler over the label roll until the peeler clicks.
3. Log in to the app and make the following changes to the app settings:
a. Tap the notification button (three line icon) in the upper left corner of the screen.
b. Scroll and tap Settings.
c. Scroll to the Printer section, and tap Printer Type dropdown arrow to tap Citizen.
d. Tap After Print dropdown arrow and change the setting from Tear to Peel Off.
e. Tap the back button (arrow icon) twice to return to the app dashboard.
4. Select a menu item from any category and enter the number of labels to print in the print copy box. Tap the print button (printer icon). The label will run over the peeler and separate from the label backing. See Print a Menu Item on the App
5. Pull the label from the peeler. The printer will not print another label until you do this.
6. When printing is finished, remove the last peeled off label and then tear off the label roll backing.
