Broken Printer Release Button on Lite Device
Printer release buttons are the blue/green levers on each side of the Lite printer that open the printer.

The lid will not close correctly if the printer release buttons are broken, causing the labels to print off-center or producing error messages. The device will need to be sent in for a repair or you may order a replacement part at https://store.ncco.com/godex-replacement-hooks.
