The Notice Board in Task Manager allows you to send important updates, reminders, or announcements to your stores. These messages appear as notifications within the system, ensuring that key communications are seen and acknowledged.

Send Messages to Specific Stores
Target one location, several, or all stores—perfect for tailoring messages based on region, role, or responsibility. -
Set Importance Level
Mark messages as Important to highlight them for urgent or high-priority information. Important messages are pinned and more prominent in the system. -
Choose How Long Messages Stay Visible
Set a time limit for how long the message remains on the Notice Board (e.g., 1 day, 1 week, or until a specific date). -
Internal-Only Communications
Messages are only visible to your internal teams through Task Manager—great for updates like policy changes, equipment issues, or staff recognition.
Best Practices
- Use clear, concise language to ensure your message is easily understood.
- Reserve “Important” status for time-sensitive or critical updates.
- Regularly check and update notices to keep information relevant.
Steps:
1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.
2. Click the Notice Board tab on the side bar.
3. Click on All Venues to select the scope you want to apply the notice to and click Select to set the venue scope.
TIPS & TRICK
- Select All Venues if you want the notice to be applied to all venues in your portal.
- Select a Single Venue if you want the notice to be applied to a specific venue only.
4. Click Create/Edit.
5. OPTIONAL: Toggle Mask as Important to green color to make the message important.
6. OPTIONAL: Select Display Period, the date/time the message should expire.
7. Enter the Notice Name, a brief headline for your message.
8. Add your notice, the main content of your message.
9. Click Add+.
10. To edit Notices, click the Edit button (pencil icon), and to delete, click the Delete button (trash can icon) under Action in the Overview section.
WARNING
The notice will be deleted from all venues.
11. To add a Notice to a venue, go to the Manage section and click the green + button, and to remove, click the gray - button.
