Clear Cache on the DateCodeGenie® App
Clearing cache on your tablet for the DateCodeGenie app is required when the update is corrupt.
WARNING
DO NOT uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app will remove it from the device and will need to be reinstalled by contacting Technical Support. See Contact & Support
Steps:
1. Tap Home Button (circle icon).
2. Tap Settings from Tablet Home Screen to open.
3. Tap Apps & notifications.
4. Tap Date Code Genie app under Recently opened apps.
5. Tap Storage.
WARNING

6. Tap Clear Cache button.
7. Tap Home Button (circle icon) to return to Tablet Home Screen.
