Allow to Set Available Fonts Permission
Allow To Set Available Fonts is a portal permission that allows managers and users to download or upload custom fonts for use with printer profiles and quick labels in the portal.
WARNING
This permission will only appear if the Add and Edit Printer Profiles is turned on. See Add or Edit Printer Profiles Permission
When this permission is turned on, the Set Available Fonts button will appear in the Printer Profiles tab in the portal.
The Label Fonts page provides the options to upload custom fonts, choose from Google fonts, update sort order, or remove fonts. Keep in mind that Roboto is a default font and cannot be removed, see Label Fonts
- Upload a custom font like ttf font files and regular weight only, no bold or italic.
- Choose your preferred Google font style to install. All fonts can be sorted by category, name, popularity, per page, or filtered in the search bar.
NOTES
- Update sort order to reorder fonts installed in the layout designer.
- Font sizing is based on pixels and not point size. See How Does Font Size Work in the Portal?
