Allowed to choose different printer profile than default Permission
Allowed to choose different printer profile than default is an app permission that allows managers and users the option to select a different printer profile to preview and print for a menu item overriding the default printer profile set for the menu item. See What are Default Printer Profiles and How Do I Use Them? This permission defaults to turned on.
When turned on, managers and user will have the option of selecting any printer profile and any hot buttons assigned to the location for any menu item.
When turned off, managers and users will only be able to preview and print the default printer profile set for any menu item.
