Categories
Categories are used to to organize menu items into different classifications.
Categories:
- Are required for each menu item. Menu items can only go in one category.
- Should have a unique category name to decrease confusion.
- Can be added one at a time or in large quantities using the Mass Import tool.
- Can be hidden for specific users on the app, see Limit Categories Displayed on the App.
Portal Administrators and Managers with Add or Edit Categories permission turned on can add and edit categories, see Allow Managers to Edit Categories in the Portal.
