Missing Menu Items on App

Menu items do not appear on the app after being added in the portal.
Steps:
1. Download updates on app. See How to Download Updates on the App
2. Search the menu item by tapping on the Search button (magnifying glass icon) on the right side of the app notification bar. See Use the Search Button on the App
NOTE
Contact your Portal Administrator for assistance if you can't find a menu item under the assigned category on the app dashboard, but appears in search.
3. Confirm in your portal:
- Menu item(s) are set to the correct location.
- If not, update locations.
- Download updates on the device.
- Menu item(s) are set to the correct Privacy settings. See How to Use Privacy Features
- If not, update Privacy settings.
- Download updates on the device.
- Category name that menu item(s) are added to have the correct location.
- If not, update locations.
4. Download updates on the device.
