Categories Not Appearing on the App
Menu items in your portal are organized into categories assigned to locations, added by the Portal Administrator or Manager, and displayed in the app's action bar.
Steps:
- Confirm your device is connected to Wi-Fi. See How to Connect Device to Wi-Fi
- Download updates on the app. See Download Updates on the App
- Contact your DateCodeGenie Portal Administrator to confirm the category is added to your location. See View Device and Portal Information on the App
