Tablet Power Button is Unresponsive
If you are pressing the tablet power button and it doesn't seem to move when pressing try these steps to resolve.
Steps:
1. Wipe power button area with a cloth or cotton swab, lightly damp, not dripping, with isopropyl alcohol, to remove any debris.
2. Repeat turning on tablet based on model of device. See Tablet Isn't Turning On For My 2.0, X or Fit Model Device or Tablet Isn't Turning On For My Lite Model Device
3. If power button appears to be permanently pressed into the housing, the device will need to be sent in for a repair.
