Allowed to Select Hot Buttons, Overriding Default Printer Profile Permission
Allowed to select hot buttons, overriding default printer profile is an app permission that allows managers and users to choose up to three preferred shortcut buttons to add and change set printer profiles for menu items to print at the locations selected and overriding the default printer profile for the app from the portal.
When this permission is turned on, they will be able to choose hot buttons that can be used to assign locations to preferred printer profiles of menu items, see How to Set Up Hot Buttons
TIPS & TRICKS
This permission is good to have turned on since it does not change menu items without a default printer profile and the user can still choose preferred hot buttons.
