Unknown Passcode for Tablet Lock Screen
Tablet is locked with a passcode or pattern when trying to access the device.
By default, the tablet should not have a passcode or pattern lock enabled. The most likely cause is someone in your organization set the lock screen.
Start by finding the person in your organization who set the lock screen to get the passcode or pattern.
NOTE
If passcode or pattern cannot be found, a repair will have to be made to reset the device. See Contact & Support.
Disable lock screen in settings after passcode or pattern is found.
Steps:
1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Security & location.
3. Tap Screen lock.
4. Select None or Swipe, based on your preference.
