Your DateCodeGenie® portal is a secure, cloud-based web space set up for you to store and access your data. All data is added and managed by the company that owns the portal.

Tabs are listed on the left side bar and are organized based on type of data added or tools to assist with reporting and managing data. Tabs and functioning vary based on admin settings, software add-on options, user type, and permissions.
Available tabs:
Admin Settings
- Link to admin settings platform.
- Admin settings appear for subscribers and companies who have migrated their portal.
- Available for Portal Administrators only.
Dashboard
- Homepage
- Shortcuts to required data and knowledge base
- View locations
- View assigned devices at each location
- Move devices within the portal

- Set and change default permissions by user types
- Add, edit, and remove staff
