Product Control Tracking is a software add-on option available for purchase that is used to track prep and waste of menu items.

NOTE

Product Control Tracking is currently not available for mobile app subscribers.

 

Product Control Tracking requires:

  • Setting up menu items to track. See How to Set Up Product Control Tracking in the Portal
  • Determining how staff will record waste (manual or scanner) 
  • Tracking prep and waste on the app. See How to Use Product Control on the App
  • Designing reports to analyze prep and waste data. See How to Run Product Control Tracking Reports in the Portal

Product Control displays on the side bar of the portal when turned on.

Product Control Tracking can be purchased by location or with the purchase of a scanner. Contact our Order Processing team if located in North America or our International Customer Service if located outside North America, see Contact & Support.
