How to Add a New Venue in Task Manager
In Task Manager, a venue represents a specific kitchen instance, allowing each location to log in and access its own set of forms, checklists, and temperature monitoring tools. By adding a venue, you enable that kitchen to independently manage its tasks and maintain compliance using the resources tailored to its operations. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up a venue in Task Manager.
Steps:
1. Click on Venues in Task Manager
2. Click on Add Venue
3. Type the name of the Venue. For example, "Rachel's Restaurant"
4. Click on Country and select from dropdown
5. Click on Language and select from dropdown
6. Click on Venue Time zone and select from dropdown
7. Type the address
8. Type an email
9. Type the phone number
10. Click on Save Venue
