Default printer profile is the printer profile used for a menu item when entering the print preview page and to print using the quick print button.
Setting a default printer profile makes it easier to find the correct printer profile for the menu item and ensures consistent labeling.
When a default printer profile has been set for a menu item, the quick print button (printer icon) will appear on the menu item button on the app, see Understanding the App Dashboard.
There are four ways to set a default printer profile:
Location Overrides
Software add-on option.
Set for a menu item at specific locations.
Overrides menu item, category, and location defaults.
The locations/groups of the printer profile must match the locations/groups of the location overrides, menu item, category or location in order to set the printer profiles as the default
